PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICES - WE DO NOT BILL
Our services are much cheaper than most emergency clinics in the surrounding area; however, payment is due at time of service. Because we are an emergency clinic, it is not possible for us to establish a credit base.
All services must be paid in full before patients can be released from the clinic. This policy enables us to keep medical services on a high standard and fees at a minimum.
Payment Options: We ONLY accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, CareCredit® card, and Cashier's check. We apologize for the inconvenience; however, we do not accept personal checks.
We accept CareCredit® a health care credit card offered by SYNCHRONY BANK that you may apply for prior to arrival. Please bring two valid photo ID's of the card holder and printed approval receipt. The CareCredit can be reached at or call 1.866.893.7864 or click the link to apply.
Note: We normally see dogs and cats. Occasionally we see birds and exotic pets in our emergency clinic; however, we require our clients to call us first before you bring in your sick bird or exotic pet. Not all doctors on dutycare are qualified to treat avians, reptiles or exotic pets.
